Communion Services
Communion is regularly offered at all services on the first Sunday of every month. Special communion services are offered on holidays including Christmas Eve, Holy Thursday, and World Communion Sunday. The pastors are also available to offer Communion at any time for those who are unable to attend regularly scheduled services.
Baptism
The sacrament of baptism is generally celebrated during regular services on one Sunday of each month. We celebrate baptism for people of all ages, infants to adults. Because we believe that baptism involves a covenant relationship between the baptized and the congregation, we encourage you to schedule the ceremony for one of the regular worship services. If a private baptism is necessary, arrangements can be made.
Wonder Center
During the 11:15 worship service (10:00 service during summer worship), children in grades K through 3 have the option of leaving the sanctuary after Children’s Time for Wonder Center. This time will include enrichment activities. Parents are asked to pick up their children from Room 24 when the service has ended.
Child Care
We welcome and encourage God’s children of all ages to attend our services. But if you prefer child care during services or Sunday School, adult staffed nursery, toddler and preschool rooms are available. Upon request, pagers are available from the nursery to allow parents to be called during the service if problems or concerns arise. During summer worship (10:00 a.m. only), childcare is available for infants/toddlers in room 13 and for preschool age children in room 11.
