2010 GOALS
* Create a Trustee Rainy day Fund to allow the Church to plan for future large expenses and repairs that would be too large to be covered by the yearly church budget. (See attached proposal)
* Continue to work with the prioritized list of recommended actions/repairs from the Infrastructure reports.
* Work closely with the Building/Renovation Committee to complete the renovation and building projects.
* Be proactive in the everyday care and maintenance of the church building, property, and parsonages.
* Develop an ongoing group of volunteers in conjunction with the United Methodist Women to act as a Housekeeping Task Force.
FUTURE GOALS
* Continue to challenge the Endowment and Memorial Committees to foster giving for specific church needs.
* Update the Infrastructure Reports to reflect the completion of the current renovation and building projects.
